The award for best film in the Int'l Harm Reduction Conference goesto... Cleaner Fix from our beloved country of Indonesia.The award it self was received by Irin Representative (Peter-from Australia). As the award was received by him at the podium special thanks was mentioned by Peter to Hadi, Dece, David Gough, Piere Quiers and Yayasan Karisma who made it all possible... One partner that he missed to mentioned was actually Jangkar who introduced Karisma with Irin in the first place.
